The Company's products pass through more than 10 traditional processes to the arrive at the finished product. This production process is complicated but produces a delicate product with a refined taste, moderate hardness, good stewing ability and does not break down and when fried the finished product is sweet and delicious. The Company’s products are of high quality and can happily serve as homely food through to the most lavish of banquets. No preservatives or additives are applied to the products giving a traditional original flavour. Since launching in March 2016, the Company has established itself in the Thermo-electric Steam Recycling Industrial Park in Kaiyuan of Yunnan Province.
The Government assisted the company to relocate to a cleaner greener location to maximise technology and limit pollution. Our new state-of-the-art facility uses an efficient standardised production system in an environment that guarantees a safe, clean and standardised production platform for our enterprise.
Our Company facility covers 5000 square metres, with more than 100 employees and monthly production of 400 tonnes. The main products are Tofu Skin, Silk Tofu and Tofu Knot.
Our Company utilises on-site thermo-electric steam as the main driver of production.
After entering the Thermo-electric Steam Recycling Industrial Park, the Kaiyuan Government integrated resources bringing Xiaolongtan Power Plant’s steam and water supply superiority into full play which solves many usual problems, such as air pollution, noise pollution and water pollution caused by usual Tofu production in the traditional mode. Our practice greatly guarantees promotion of the the company’s high work safety and food quality standards.
